Entre 2018 et 2021, l\u2019office japonais de la statistique a couronn\u00e9 Utsunomiya, situ\u00e9e au nord de Tokyo, comme la ville ayant la plus haute consommation de Gyoza.<\/p><p>\u00a0Avec plus de 300 restaurants de Gyoza pour une population de 516 000 habitants, cette ville est un v\u00e9ritable paradis pour les amateurs de raviolis
