Enrolment procedure
Registration for one of our training courses at Japanese Cuisine Academy is done in several simple steps to guarantee personalised support and optimal organisation of your journey.
1. Choice of course
We invite you to choose the training course that best corresponds to your project, your level and your professional objectives.
Our courses cover the main worlds of Japanese cuisine: culinary techniques, sushi, gyoza/ramen, traditional cuisine and specialities.
2. Initial contact
Before any registration, we take the time to discuss with you in order to understand your project, answer your questions and guide you if necessary.
You can easily get in touch with us:
• Via our online contact and pre-registration forms
• by email: contact@japanesecuisineacademy.eu
• by phone: 05 54 54 12 18
This exchange allows us to check together that the chosen training course corresponds perfectly to your profile and expectations.
3. Registration deadlines
Registration is possible up to 15 days before the start of the training course, subject to available places.
If you wish to apply for funding (FAF or OPCO), we advise you to plan ahead and register ideally at least one month before the start of the training course. This allows enough time for your funding body to process your application.
Pre-registration
Once your training has been validated, we will send you a registration form.
This one allows you to confirm your place and start the administrative procedures with ease.
5. Training funding (if applicable)
If you are applying for funding (FAF or OPCO), we will assist you with putting together your application.
Upon receipt of your completed pre-registration form, we will send you all the necessary documents (quotetion, programme and training agreement) to help you finalise your funding application.
6. Registration validation
Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of your completed file and, where applicable, funding agreement.
You will then receive your summons along with all the practical information necessary for the smooth running of your training.
7. Access to training
On the day of your training, you are welcomed within Japanese Cuisine Academy under the best possible conditions, in accordance with the information indicated in your summons.
