Drawing on its knowledge of the needs of the sector, in 2023 Sushi Robots created the Japanese Cuisine Academy (JCA), a professional training centre specialising in Japanese gastronomy.
JCA works closely with professional trainers, recognised for their expertise and teaching methods, to offer courses that are as close as possible to the realities of the profession, while respecting Japanese culinary culture.
